Help, a glossary and short answers
Where to look for each kind of question, the words you will meet in bag listings, and short answers to what people ask most.
Where to look when a question comes up
Most questions people bring to a bag listing have an answer somewhere on this site. If something goes wrong with an order, though, the people who can act are the agent you ordered through and, for payments, your card issuer or payment service. This site cannot see any order, account or parcel.
- A size question
- Inside sizes for listings, Reference loads for what fits, Fit box to try a load.
- A flight question
- Cabin limits, with the date each airline page was read.
- A Mulebuy question
- Mulebuy now for its status, saved links and the rules it published.
- An order question
- Your agent's own help centre or customer service. For a payment, your card issuer or payment service.
- Something wrong on this site
- Write to with the page address.
A glossary of bag and agent terms
Terms used across this site, in plain words. Chinese words appear where listings use them.
- Agent

- A picture, a name and a link to one listing, shown on a spreadsheet site such as this one.
- Find
- A listing someone thought worth sharing. Finds are what spreadsheet catalogues collect.

Short answers about bags, saved links and Mulebuy
The questions we are most frequently asked. Each answer is a few lines long and points to the page that covers it properly.
Is a bag's listed size the inside or the outside?
Usually the outside of the empty bag, measured flat. Some listings give both; if you see only one set, read it as the outside. More on inside sizes.
Why does a 20-litre bag look small?
Because the litre figure often counts pockets, the expansion zip or the bag stuffed for the photo. Multiply the three measurements and divide by a thousand to see the box sum.
Will a backpack fit under the seat?
Only if its outside, full and with handles, fits the frame your airline prints. Small bag frames we read on 19 October 2026 ranged from 40 by 30 by 15 to 45 by 36 by 20 centimetres. See the frames.
Can I still use my Mulebuy links?
Not on Mulebuy, which is offline. Each link holds the listing number and the marketplace, and the listing itself is usually still on that marketplace. What a saved link contains.
What about an order or money in my Mulebuy account?
Mulebuy has published nothing about orders or balances since 31 July 2026. For a question about a particular payment, your card issuer or payment service can tell you which rules apply.
Is this Mulebuy's website?
No. This site has no connection with Mulebuy. It is not Mulebuy's website, was never run by Mulebuy, and cannot see or change any Mulebuy order or account.
Does the Fit box store what I type?
No. The calculation happens on your own device, and none of the figures leave it.
How do I get an inside measurement before a bag ships?
Ask your agent for a QC photo with a tape measure across the inside. Agents differ in whether and how they charge for it; the Choosing page compares four.
Why are there no brand-name bags here?
The catalogue pictures identify product types. They do not verify a seller, material or product authenticity; inspect the original listing before deciding to buy.
Order help: identify the event before asking
For a broken import, keep the original listing; for a missing QC view, name the angle and measurement; for a return, record the Stored time; for a parcel, keep the line and last carrier scan. Ask the agent holding that record. This independent site can correct its guide but cannot access an account.
